A CLEARCOAT THAT IS SOFT TO THE TOUCH
Kashmir is a flat matte (clearcoat) paint that is soft to the touch. Kashmir can be mixed to achieve leather, velevet or rubber like effects.
Like having Leather in a paint can Kashmir texture can be controlled by varying the amount of thinner to achieve "soft touch" textures from rubber to suede.
